SlotPKR Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistan Players

Welcome to SlotPKR. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and SlotPKR ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform"). By registering an account, accessing any part of the SlotPKR website, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.

These Terms apply to all products and services offered by SlotPKR, including but not limited to online casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting (including cricket and football), Teen Patti, Baccarat, Fishing Games, slot machines, and all promotions and bonuses. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the platform.

SlotPKR operates its platform for the entertainment of adult Pakistani players. The platform is denominated entirely in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and all transactions are processed through local Pakistani payment methods including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfers (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard cards issued by Pakistani banks.

To register and use SlotPKR, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. SlotPKR operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must be the legal owner of the payment method you use for deposits and withdrawals.
• You must not be excluded from gambling by a self-exclusion order, court order, or any other legal restriction applicable to you personally.
• You must register in your own name, using your own accurate personal details. Accounts registered with false information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• You must be acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or employee of any third party.

SlotPKR reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, we will suspend the account and withhold any withdrawals until verification is resolved. Any winnings accumulated by a player who is found to be underage will be voided and the deposited amount returned.

Each person may hold only one (1) account on SlotPKR. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under different names, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances being forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, your active Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address if provided. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Changes can be made through your account settings or by contacting support.

Your account is personal to you. You must not share your login credentials — your mobile number and password — with any other person. SlotPKR will hold you responsible for all activity that takes place under your account login, including any deposits, bets, and withdrawals made while your credentials are being used.

• Account sharing is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• You must not allow any third party to access your account for the purpose of placing bets on your behalf.
• Corporate or business accounts are not permitted on SlotPKR. All accounts must be individual personal accounts.
• Duplicate or "bonus abuse" accounts opened to exploit welcome offers or promotions will be closed, and any promotional funds or winnings derived from them will be voided.

As part of our responsible gaming and anti-money laundering obligations, SlotPKR is required to verify the identity of players. This process is commonly called Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

You will be required to complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal, or when your cumulative withdrawals exceed Rs 50,000. The required documents are:

• CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — clear photographs of both front and back sides.
• Selfie with CNIC — a recent photograph of yourself holding your CNIC next to your face, clearly showing both your face and the CNIC front.
• Payment method confirmation — a screenshot of your Easypaisa, JazzCash, or bank account showing your registered name matching the account details on SlotPKR.

SlotPKR will review submitted documents within 24 hours on business days. Until KYC is completed, withdrawal requests will remain in a pending state. Deposits and gameplay are not affected by KYC status.

All financial transactions on SlotPKR are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 for Easypaisa and JazzCash; Rs 500 for NayaPay, SadaPay, and card payments; Rs 1,000 for bank transfer (IBFT).
• SlotPKR charges zero fees on all deposits. Any charges levied by your payment provider are between you and that provider.
• Deposit funds are credited to your SlotPKR balance instantly for mobile wallet methods. Bank transfers may take between 2 and 30 minutes depending on banking hours.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will be returned and the deposit declined.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 for mobile wallet methods; Rs 1,000 for bank transfer.
• Withdrawals are processed within 5 minutes for verified accounts. Large withdrawals above Rs 2,00,000 may be subject to additional review taking up to 24 hours.
• Only your real money (non-bonus) balance is withdrawable. Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they become withdrawable real money.
• Withdrawals will be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless a verified alternate method has been registered in your account settings.
• SlotPKR reserves the right to request additional identity documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above Rs 1,00,000.
• More than three (3) withdrawal requests within a single 24-hour period may incur a Rs 50 processing charge per additional request beyond the third.

SlotPKR offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who have accepted the offer. Opting in to a bonus is voluntary — you are not required to accept any bonus to use SlotPKR.
• Each bonus is available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts will be treated as a breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus balance, not your real money balance. Bonus funds and any winnings generated from them become real money only after the associated wagering requirement is met.
• SlotPKR reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time with reasonable notice. If a bonus is cancelled after you have accepted it, any winnings generated from it before cancellation will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Bonus offers may be restricted to specific games. Using a bonus on restricted games may result in the bonus being voided. Always check the specific game eligibility on the promotion page.
• The Feature Buy option in slot games is typically excluded from bonus wagering. Using Feature Buy while a bonus is active may void the bonus balance.

Wagering requirements specify the total amount of real money bets that must be placed before bonus funds convert to withdrawable real money. The wagering requirement for each bonus is displayed on the promotion page before you accept it.

For example: a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. Wagering is calculated on the total bet amount, not on wins or losses.

• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino and table games typically contribute 10%–20%. Specific contribution rates are listed on each promotion page.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account.
• If you request a withdrawal while a bonus balance is active, the bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited. Only your real money balance will be processed.
• Maximum bet while a bonus is active is Rs 2,000 per spin or hand, unless a different limit is specified on the promotion page. Exceeding this limit may result in bonus cancellation.

All casino games on SlotPKR operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently verified and audited by recognised testing laboratories. The RTP (Return to Player) percentages displayed in each game's information panel are accurate and reflect the independently certified long-run payout rates.

• Game outcomes are determined by RNG software and are genuinely random, independent, and unpredictable. Past outcomes have no influence on future outcomes.
• SlotPKR does not adjust RNG settings, volatility, or RTP based on player behaviour, session history, account balance, or any other player-specific factor.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a game round, the result of that round may be voided. Any stakes placed will be returned to your balance. SlotPKR's decision on game malfunction outcomes is final.
• Where a game result is clearly due to a technical error or a software fault — for example, a jackpot displayed as Rs 0 — SlotPKR reserves the right to void the win. Such decisions are made on evidence from game logs and communicated to the affected player.
• Exploiting software bugs or loopholes to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

The following additional rules apply to sports betting markets on SlotPKR, including cricket (PSL and international), football, and other available markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the specific market rules displayed on the bet placement screen. Minimum bet: Rs 100 per selection; maximum bet limits vary by market and are displayed at the point of placement.
• Bets are final once confirmed. Except where explicitly stated in market-specific rules, bets cannot be cancelled after placement.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, all single-leg bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned. For multi-leg parlays, the affected leg will be treated as a void and the parlay recalculated without that selection.
• Live (in-play) betting odds are updated continuously. SlotPKR reserves the right to suspend a market at any time without notice. Bets accepted before a suspension remain valid.
• In the event of an obvious pricing error — for example, a team at 100/1 that should clearly be 1/10 — SlotPKR reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous price.
• Cash-out options are available on selected markets. The cash-out value is calculated at the time of the request and may differ from the potential full win. Cash-out requests are subject to confirmation and may be declined if odds change before confirmation is processed.

You agree to use SlotPKR in good faith and in accordance with these Terms at all times. The following behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Attempting to gain an unfair advantage by exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with normal player behaviour.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider knowledge betting, or use of non-public information when placing sports bets.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing SlotPKR staff or other players through any communication channel, including live chat.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, location, or any other material information when registering or at any point during your use of the platform.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, financial fraud, or any activity that violates applicable Pakistani laws.

Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant authorities.

SlotPKR operates a zero-tolerance policy against fraud and money laundering. We actively monitor all accounts and transactions for suspicious patterns using automated and manual review processes.

• Depositing funds with the intent to withdraw them without placing qualifying bets ("churning") is prohibited.
• Collusion between players to influence game outcomes or exploit bonus offers is prohibited. This applies to poker-format games, live dealer tables, and any other multiplayer format.
• Where fraud or money laundering is suspected, SlotPKR will freeze the affected account immediately, withhold any pending withdrawals, and report the matter to the relevant financial intelligence authorities in accordance with Pakistani law.
• All deposits and withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering (AML) screening. You may be required to provide the source of funds documentation for large transactions.
• Any funds found to be the proceeds of fraud or unlawful activity will be forfeited in their entirety. SlotPKR cooperates fully with Pakistani law enforcement agencies on such matters.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your SlotPKR account. You must take reasonable steps to ensure your login credentials are not accessible to other people.

• Use a unique, strong password for your SlotPKR account — one that you don't use for your email, Easypaisa, JazzCash, or any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your Security Settings. 2FA sends a one-time code to your registered mobile number before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device, and never save your password on a device you don't personally own.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, change your password immediately and contact support. SlotPKR will investigate and freeze your account temporarily while the investigation is conducted.

SlotPKR cannot be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to maintain account security, including losses resulting from you voluntarily sharing your credentials with another person.

SlotPKR is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We provide the following tools to all players as standard account features:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR caps on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when set and can be reduced at any time. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time alerts: Set reminders to notify you when you've been playing for a set period of time.
• Cool-down periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. You cannot log in or place bets during this period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently close your account. During self-exclusion, you cannot register a new account. All withdrawable real money balances will be paid out. Self-exclusion can be set for 1 month, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently.

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real money balance will be paid out to your registered payment method within 5 business days, subject to outstanding wagering requirements.

SlotPKR may suspend or close your account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification requirements within the permitted timeframe.
• Instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Your account has been inactive for more than 24 consecutive months (dormancy policy). Prior to closure under dormancy, SlotPKR will attempt to contact you at your registered mobile number and email address.

Where an account is closed due to breach of Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited. Where closure is due to platform-side reasons unrelated to player conduct, the full real money balance will be returned.

SlotPKR provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SlotPKR disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

• SlotPKR shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruption, technical errors, or platform downtime beyond its reasonable control.
• SlotPKR is not responsible for any losses resulting from your failure to follow these Terms, including losses arising from account sharing or failure to secure your login credentials.
• SlotPKR's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident.
• Nothing in these Terms limits SlotPKR's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence on SlotPKR's part.

All content on the SlotPKR platform — including but not limited to the SlotPKR name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of SlotPKR or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any SlotPKR content without express written permission.
• Game content is owned by the respective game providers (Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Play'n GO, etc.) and is licensed to SlotPKR for display on the platform. You may not extract, copy, or redistribute game software or assets.
• The SlotPKR trademark and brand name may not be used in any manner that could suggest endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship without written consent.

SlotPKR reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — for example, changes to wagering requirements, payment limits, or eligibility criteria — we will provide at least 7 days' notice via notification on the platform and, where possible, by SMS to your registered mobile number.

For minor amendments (such as clarification of existing terms, correction of typographical errors, or addition of new game types), changes may take effect without advance notice. Your continued use of SlotPKR following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you should close your account before the changes take effect and request withdrawal of your real money balance.
